Listings you can rely on
Nothing reaches the public until an admin has reviewed it, and only the right people can change what is there.
Admin approval queue
New listings start as pending review. Only approved listings appear on public pages.
Private until approved
Pending and rejected listings are visible only to their owner and to admins.
Owner-only editing
Policies make sure users edit only their own listings, and only owners manage an agency.
User & agency management
Admins change roles, block accounts and activate or deactivate agencies.
Rate-limited endpoints
Sign-in, registration, password reset and enquiries are throttled against abuse.

Token-based sign-in, plus password reset by email.
From submission to live listing
Every listing moves through the same three states before anyone outside the owner and admins can see it.

Submitted
The owner posts a listing. It is saved as pending review.
- Step 2
Pending review
Admins see it in the approval queue. Only the owner and admins can open it.
- Step 3
Approved
The listing goes live on search, the homepage and its public page.
Rejected listings never go public. They stay visible only to their owner and to admins.
Who can do what
Permissions are enforced on the server by policies and middleware, not just hidden in the interface.
